About the role

We’re building a dedicated Small Market growth motion at Foley. This role will own how we drive high-velocity, self-serve customer acquisition across the Small Market segment. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building and scaling a performance-driven, AI-enabled growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth motion for the SMB segment, from acquisition through conversion and activation

  • Build and execute high-velocity performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, email, and lifecycle channels

  • Operate a full-funnel growth engine, spanning top-of-funnel demand through mid-funnel nurture and conversion optimization

  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns with a focus on CAC efficiency, LTV, and revenue impact

  • Build and scale a performance creative engine that produces and tests high volumes of content across channels

  • Partner across teams or external resources to establish a repeatable content supply chain that supports rapid experimentation

  • Expand into new channels and formats (e.g., paid social, influencer, emerging platforms) based on performance signals

  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows across acquisition channels, including SEO/GEO, email, and content generation

  • Build automated systems for campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance optimization

  • Leverage agentic workflows and integrations to increase speed, scale, and output quality across marketing efforts

  • Apply strong judgment to ensure AI drives performance outcomes, not just efficiency gains

  • Drive a product-led, self-serve growth motion that converts traffic into paying customers

  • Optimize conversion paths, onboarding flows, and lifecycle programs to improve activation and revenue

  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment between self-serve and assisted conversion paths

  • Identify and close gaps across the funnel to maximize conversion and revenue yield

  • Own core growth metrics across the funnel, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI

  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to inform budget allocation and scaling decisions

  • Build a culture of experimentation, using data and rapid testing to continuously improve performance

Requirements

Strong background in high-velocity SMB, B2C, or PLG growth environments

Deep performance marketing expertise across paid search, paid social, and SEO/GEO

Hands-on operator who actively manages campaigns, builds systems, and executes directly

Proven experience owning full-funnel growth, not just top-of-funnel demand generation

Experience building or leveraging AI systems beyond basic LLM usage, including workflows, automation, or agent-based systems

Highly analytical, with a strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion metrics

Experience in product-led growth or self-serve SaaS models

Experience in FinTech, compliance, or regulated SaaS environments is a plus
