- Customer Experience: Play a critical role in helping customers keep their equipment operating at peak performance.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers and fellow technicians, share information and coordinate repairs efficiently.

- Shop Operations: Support overall shop productivity and workflow, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, support shop security and loss prevention procedures, help ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Equipment Diagnostics & Repair
• Diagnose and repair small engines and outdoor power equipment
• Perform maintenance and service work efficiently and accurately
• Develop repair plans based on equipment condition and customer needs
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and timelines
• Help customers feel confident and informed throughout the process

Qualifications

• Experience working on small engines and outdoor power equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask during busy seasons
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
