Small Engine Technician

About the role

Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine equipment such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with repairs, loading/unloading products, locating parts, and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assemble, and repair small-engine equipment
• Document all work on work orders and track repair units
• Assist with warranty claims and parts ordering
• Attend manufacturer training seminars
• Follow all safety and loss-prevention policies
• Maintain accurate repair documentation

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in small-engine or automotive maintenance
• Customer-service and retail experience
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

Base pay up to $19.75 per hour, plus weekend premium pay.
