Small Engine Technician

About the Role

The Small Engine Technician diagnoses and repairs outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assemble, and repair small engine and outdoor power equipment.
• Assist customers with product loading, locating parts, and answering repair-related questions.
• Document repairs, track units, and complete work orders.
• Manage warranty claims and communicate with customers about work completion.
• Participate in training and adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Experience in small engine or automotive maintenance.
• Prior customer service and retail experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule

Ability to work evenings and every other weekend.
