Pay
Base pay up to $18.75 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, training, position location, and external market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational equipment/vehicles, and other mechanical equipment (e.g., chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs)
- Provide excellent customer service and an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers by loading/unloading products, locating parts, and answering repair-related questions
- Document repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and complete/file/close out work orders
- Assist with warranty claims and file them in a timely manner
- Contact customers regarding work completion dates
- Attend training classes/seminars for repair technicians
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies/procedures
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
