Small Engine Technician

About the Role

The Small Engine Technician diagnoses and repairs outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. They provide exceptional customer service by assisting with repairs, loading/unloading products, locating parts, and answering customer questions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicles
• Assist customers and provide product support
• Document repairs and manage work orders
• Support warranty processes and customer communication
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies
• Track units and complete work orders
• Participate in training seminars

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in small engine or automotive maintenance
• Customer service and retail experience
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and every other weekend
