About the role
Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine equipment such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with repairs, loading products, locating parts, and answering customer questions.
Responsibilities
- Document repairs and manage work orders
- Assist with warranty claims
- Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills
- Maintain safety and loss-prevention standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in small-engine or automotive maintenance
- Customer-service and retail experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work evenings and weekends
