Small Engine Repair Technician

Job Requirements

Zenith Tech Inc., a Walbec Group Company based in Waukesha, WI, is seeking a Small Engine Repair Technician. The position involves inspecting, servicing, and performing routine engine maintenance. The technician will identify mechanical, electrical, and fuel system problems and make necessary repairs, including replacing broken and defective parts. Records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used will be kept.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service small engines
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Replace broken and defective parts as needed
• Keep accurate records of inspections, test results, and work performed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Punctuality and dependability required
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, tolerate dirty and dusty conditions, and work in variable weather
• Self-directed and motivated with good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Prior small engine repair experience or training is highly desirable

Hours

Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential for overtime and some Saturdays.
