Slot Technician (Part Time)

Essential Functions Perform routine maintenance on slot machinesDiagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machinesReplace faulty parts and components as neededTest machines to ensure they are functioning properlyKeep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performedCommunicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properlyProvide excellent customer service to casino patronsHandle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Other duties as assigned. Working Environment & Physical Efforts The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.Occasional exposure to outdoor climatesOccasional: standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 poundsFrequent: sitting, with repetitive movement of arms, hands, and fingers.Speech and Vision abilities are required.Target Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour Requirements Role requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and writtenMust be able to work Nights, Weekends and HolidaysMust have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably in ExcelMust have 10-key experienceKnowledge of electronic and mechanical componentsMust be 21 years of age or olderPrevious experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines, preferred.Bachelor’s degree, preferredHigh School Diploma/GED, required About Bally's We're Bally's, and we've always been born to entertain.
