Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain slot machines and related equipment with precision and care
• Install and configure software to ensure optimal machine performance
• Follow regulatory procedures to keep operations compliant and secure
• Deliver friendly, approachable service that makes every guest feel like part of the Harrah’s family
• Aid guests with questions and provide helpful information with a smile
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Use hand tools, testing equipment, and instruments with confidence and skill

Qualifications

• A solid background in electronics and computer hardware/software
• Hands-on experience that shows you’re ready to tackle technical challenges
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Must be 21 years of age
• This is a dual property role and will work at Tropicana & Harrah’s Laughlin
• Must have or be able to obtain Nevada Gaming license
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
