Slot Services Ambassador - On Call

As a Slot Services Ambassador you will provide excellent, personalized service to guests on the casino slot floor while handling currency transactions, jackpot payouts, fills, and minor machine troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair minor slot-machine problems and document all actions.
• Enroll new members into the 24 Karat Club and explain membership benefits.
• Use Windows and casino-management software to process guest requests and transactions.
• Assist with slot-machine payout issues and equipment problems as they arise.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and ensure adequate supply inventory for the current and incoming shifts.
• Support special projects and events when requested.
• Handle money to pay jackpots and make change accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all property outlets and upcoming events.
• Provide guests with information about various slot machines.
• Notify management of any potential issues within the gaming area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Industry experience required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; must be articulate and fluent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow all policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete standard forms and reports.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively while producing quality results.
• Must be trainable and coachable.
