Slot Floorperson

Responsibilities

• Ensure all games are functioning properly.
• Maintain guest/employee service within the casino floor.
• Accountability of coin and currency bank totals.
• Assist guests/employees with jackpot needs.
• Redeem chips, coin and tickets.
• Provide currency for jackpot payments and slot ticket redemptions.
• Accurately record and maintain cash transaction documents.
• Initiate the payments of jackpots.
• Sell change.
• Check co-workers in/out of their banks.
• Redeem tickets.
• Increase enrollment for the loyalty club.

Requirements

• High volume cashiering and money handling experience.
• Excellent guest service and phone etiquette skills.
• Proficiency with IVS EZ Pay and IGT FJP.
• A valid Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
