Responsibilities

• Pay slot machine jackpots and complete required paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Enroll players into the loyalty program.
• Perform minor repairs to slot machines and clear EZ-Pay ticket jams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of slot machine types on the casino floor to assist guests effectively.
