Slitter Operator

About the role

Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is seeking a motivated Slitter Operator to join our dynamic team. Located in Durham, NC, this full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitting equipment to produce high-quality trading card products.
• Set up jobs and equipment according to production specifications.
• Maintain product quality through inspections and accurate recording of production information.
• Troubleshoot routine machine issues and make basic operational adjustments.
• Communicate job status and production updates with team members and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working with technical equipment is a plus.
• ISO 9001 experience is desirable but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using electronic systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
