Slide Cell Assembly Operator – 3rd Shift Location: Rochester, NY area Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM Position: Temp-to-Hire Start: Immediate openings Overtime: Available Kelly Services is seeking Slide Cell Assembly Operators for a manufacturing client in the Rochester area. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work and are comfortable using basic technology to complete quality checks. What You'll Do Assemble slide cell components according to established proceduresWork with small components and electronic/technical partsSecure components using adhesive and other assembly methodsPerform visual inspections throughout the assembly processConnect completed assemblies to a computer or testing systemPerform basic functional checks to confirm the assembly is operating correctlyIdentify and report quality issues or defectsFollow work instructions, quality standards, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workstation What We're Looking For Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, or technical experience is a plusEntry-level assembly experience is welcomeBasic computer and technology skillsStrong attention to detailGood hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small componentsAbility to follow detailed instructionsReliable attendance and transportationAbility to work a consistent overnight schedule Why Apply?
