Cell Operator - 3rd Shift

About the role

Join the Röchling Automotive team in Duncan, SC as a Cell Operator on 3rd Shift. This role involves general manual labor tasks, operating assembly equipment, and following work instructions at molding machines to produce quality products. You will maintain production records, adhere to company safety policies, and perform 5S activities within your work cell.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly equipment and perform tasks per work instructions at molding machines
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Read and follow work instructions to ensure product quality
• Maintain appropriate production records
• Follow all company safety and operating policies
• Stack and/or pack various assemblies and molding products per specifications
• Monitor continuous machine operation and notify supervisor of malfunctions or quality issues
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all secondary equipment for the SCR tank Cell
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing molding and/or assembly operations
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Capable of reading and following work instructions
• Acceptable attendance record

Schedule

3rd Shift (11pm-7am) Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed.
