Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SLED market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement officers in SLED agencies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Stay informed about federal procurement processes, regulations, and trends in government IT spending.
- Present Xerox portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, hardware, software, and cloud technologies, to SLED clients.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with SLED contracting rules and regulations.
- Work closely with technical teams, contract managers, and marketing to deliver customized solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the federal government sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with SLED procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud, hardware, and managed services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Established relationships with federal agencies and system integrators.
- Experience working with or selling through government contracting vehicles.
- Knowledge of SLED IT initiatives and policies.
Pay
A competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
Schedule
Based in either Arizona or Colorado.
