Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met in accordance with the Skyline nursing team.
• Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age.
• Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program.
• Active RN/LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (long‑term care preferred, but not required).
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DSHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, and other pre‑employment screenings (physical, TB test, fingerprinting) per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements

On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.

Pay

• LPN: $40 – $47 per hour (DOE).
• RN: up to $55 per hour.
