RN / LPN Nurse – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

Heather Hill Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support positive teamwork on the unit
• Accurately document care and clinical observations within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license (or compact license)
• Current CPR certification
• IV Therapy Certification (as required by state regulations)
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to support resident care needs
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer skills
