Lead and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled craft professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to support onboarding processes.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Strong craft recruitment experience (must-have requirement).
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating with executives.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Pay

Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 USD, plus a yearly performance bonus.
