About the role

As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for skilled trades positions. This includes working closely with internal teams to understand their needs, developing targeted recruitment strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the skilled trades department.
• Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability for the roles.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
