We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove hashtags. We need to parse the posting. Content: Overview: "At MasTec Communications Group we build for the future. Yours and ours. Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!" That's overview/prose. Could be "About the role" section. Responsibilities: bullet list after "In addition, you will:" includes many items. Qualifications: "About You:" list. Compensation: "Compensation of $21-$24 per hour, depending on the experience." Benefits: list after "See what you’ll get for your effort:" includes Financial Security items, Health and Wellness, Work/Life Balance, Employee Referral Program. Schedule: "Travel throughout MN and WI for projects up to 10 days, 50% of the year." Also "Open to travel 7-10 day projects per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather), and working overtime consistently". So schedule info. Pay: compensation. Skills: maybe not explicit separate; but we could infer skills from qualifications? But we should only include sections if posting has real specific content. There's no explicit "Skills" heading; but we could create Skills section from qualifications? The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. If not, omit. There's no explicit skills list; but qualifications include "Safety is part of your everyday mindset", etc. Those are more qualifications/requirements. We could treat them as Qualifications. Skills maybe not present; better omit Skills section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have specific compensation range. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from overview, responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, benefits, schedule/travel. We must not include boilerplate: EEO statement, hashtags, maybe "MasTec, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc. Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

At MasTec Communications Group we build for the future. Yours and ours. Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE to ensure the safety of yourself, your crew, and the public
  • Perform general labor duties including trenching, backfilling, job site prep, and material handling
  • Assist with installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable, including fiber blowing and placement
  • Support aerial and underground construction as directed and trained
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between job sites
  • Assist with equipment and vehicle operations (trucks, trailers, and construction equipment) as directed and certified
  • Support site cleanup, basic maintenance, and overall job site organization
  • Assist with troubleshooting and basic repair of RF and fiber systems as needed
  • Learn to read and interpret construction prints, maps, and design schematics
  • Gain experience with telecom tools and equipment such as bucket trucks, line trucks, cable reels, and power tools
  • Travel throughout MN and WI for projects up to 10 days, 50% of the year
Note: The travel bullet could also be in Schedule, but we have it in responsibilities. Might duplicate. Better to keep travel in Schedule section. But responsibilities already includes travel bullet; we could keep it there but also schedule. However we should avoid duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate same content. The travel bullet appears in responsibilities list; also schedule mentions travel. We could keep travel in responsibilities and not duplicate in schedule, or move to schedule. Since schedule section is about schedule/travel, we could move travel details there and remove from responsibilities. But we need to preserve all substantive information; moving is fine as long as not lost. Let's decide: Put travel details in Schedule section, and remove from responsibilities. Thus responsibilities list without travel bullet. Now Qualifications section: The posting has "Qualifications About You:" then bullet list. We'll put that under

Qualifications

with
. List items: - Safety is part of your everyday mindset - Proven track record of delivering high-quality work - Hands-on problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging tasks - At least 2 years of experience working outdoors, preferably in a utilities/construction environment - Team-oriented and willing to get in the field alongside your crew - Looking for long-term opportunities with consistent work and growth potential - Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, independently and consistently - Interest in growing within telecom construction (fiber splicing, coax, drilling, etc.) - Open to travel 7-10 day projects per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather), and working overtime consistently - Valid and current CDL A/B is required - MOS Codes 12K, 12N,12V, 12W, 21E, 21J, 25P, 91C, 91L, 11B, 1100, 1120, 1316, 9970-9975, 0612, 2T3XX, 2E1XX, 3E2XX, 3E3XX, 9T0XX, BU, UT relate well to this position. Note: The MOS codes list is long; we keep as is. Now Benefits section: after "See what you’ll get for your effort:" includes: Financial Security - 401(k) with company match - Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Life insurance - Short-term and Long-term disability - Red Wing Boot Voucher Health and Wellness - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Dependent care and medical flexible spending accounts - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Work/Life Balance - Paid time off - Paid holidays - Family and medical leave - Paid sick time - Employee Referral Program (Refer someone who delivers excellence just like you and receive a $1,000 incentive for a referral that becomes a permanent hire!) We could keep as a single list or separate subheadings? The instruction only allows

for section headings, not subheadings. So we can just list all benefits in a
. Keep the descriptive text for referral program as part of list item. Now Pay section:

      Pay

Compensation of $21-$24 per hour, depending on the experience.

      Schedule section:

      Schedule

Travel throughout MN and WI for projects up to 10 days, 50% of the year. Open to travel 7-10 day projects per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather), and working overtime consistently.

We should not include any other sections like Skills. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, hashtags, "MasTec, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc. Also removed "We meet your commitment with competitive pay and benefits. If this sounds like you, let’s talk. Build your career with MasTec!" That's maybe promotional but not boilerplate; it's substantive? It's a call to action; could be considered application instruction? It's encouraging to apply. Might be considered application instruction; but it's not explicit instruction to apply. Safer to remove? The instruction: remove application instructions. That sentence is more of a marketing closing; could be considered application instruction. Safer to omit. Also remove "Hard work pays off. See what you’ll get for your effort:" we already used that as intro to benefits; we kept the benefits list but removed that sentence. Now check for any duplicated lines: we removed travel duplicate. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
