$26.32 an hour, with a $0.50 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am.

About the Role
This is a union position, covered under Teamsters Local 294 Union. The role encompasses responsibilities for both Cooler Operator and Warehouse Operator as outlined below.
Cooler Operator Responsibilities
- Plan, pick, load, and finalize finished goods trailers
- Onsite/offsite driving responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Use Log Pro system to plan, pick, and load trailers with correct labels, amounts, and codes
- Ensure trailers are clean and units are set to proper temperature prior to loading
- Ensure loads are clean, wrapped properly, and placed on the trailer following correct load specifications
- Take cooler inventories and monitor cooler for proper temperatures
- Work directly with cooler load out/drivers, production, manufacturing, and WWTP personnel for efficient operation
- Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements
- Keep work areas neat and clean to conform to GMP and SQF requirements
- Follow all safety procedures, wear proper PPE, and ensure safety for all employees
- Stay until job is completed or relieved
- Perform any other assignments by a Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman
Warehouse Operator Responsibilities
- Receive, transfer, pick, and put away all dry goods and packaging supplies
- Obtain and maintain a valid forklift license and adhere to all safety requirements
- Use Log Pro system to pick, deduct, and transfer stock compliant with the Stock Rotation Policy (FIFO)
- Unload stock trucks and place stock according to Material and Ingredient Receiving SOP, Raw Material Storage Policy, and Master Approved Supplier list
- Return all unused stock to its proper place and verify that all cases are sealed properly
- Separate, bale, and wrap cardboard
- Discard all garbage from the production floor
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Yard Truck Operation
- Notify the Warehouse Foreman or Supervisor of any “low stock” issues
- Assist with inventory checks as needed
- Transfer packaging materials, supplies, and stock between warehouses daily to meet demands
- Pick/stage stock, fruit, and ingredients for production needs in a timely manner
- Maintain Incoming Ingredient and Packaging Examination Logs
- Perform routine weekly and monthly physical inventories as requested or scheduled
- Work directly with all operations, warehouse, and lab personnel for a clean and efficient operation
- Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements
- Keep work areas neat and clean to conform to GMP and SQF requirements
- Follow all safety procedures, wear proper PPE, and ensure safety for all employees
- Stay until job is completed or relieved
- Perform any other assignments by a Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman
