Responsibilities

• Carry out precisely detailed instructions from job orders accurately
• Identify possible errors or problems and take prompt action to correct them
• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment for efficient, high quality production
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete all required logs and documentation
• Lead and collaborate effectively with the team to keep production on schedule

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• 3+ years of production related equipment operation, technician, or maintenance experience
• Proven leadership, professional communication skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic math skills to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization
• Ability to operate equipment and obtain proficiency as measured through production and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the printing industry is preferred

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21 - $24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

Schedule

Your Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday, with overtime opportunities available!
