Skilled Concrete Laborer

About the role

STRUCTURAL is seeking skilled concrete laborers to join our team performing work in the Albany, NY area. Construction duties include: concrete repair, concrete demolition, concrete placement and finishing, formwork/carpentry, rebar replacement, caulking, expansion joints, coating application, carbon fiber installation.

Requirements

Individuals must have 5+ years of experience. Individuals must possess OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30. Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn. This position will involve use of construction equipment, tools and materials. Preference will be given for previous field leadership experience. Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus. Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $30 to $35 per hour (based upon years and level of relevant work experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!
