About the role

The General Trade Skilled Laborer at Shiel Sexton works as a member of a diverse crew performing a variety of interior and exterior construction responsibilities including framing, hardware, accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition and general construction duties.

Responsibilities

• Completes tasks with a high attention to detail.
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal communication.
• Demonstrates ability to contribute value in a team setting.
• Affirms that the general trades - self-performance crew acts with integrity and employs ethical behavior during all stages of the estimating projects and follows the Shiel Sexton “Expect More” brand.
• Exhibits an established and growing technical expertise.

• Able to be on time and present every day for work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Construction operations experience is preferred.
