About the role

Talent acquisition specialists are needed to support the recruitment process for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a security clearance and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and scheduling follow-up meetings.
• Preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant websites.
• Managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate databases.
• Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• A valid security clearance.
• Experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
