Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory business plan targeting key medical providers
- Engage with HCPs to discuss Infigratinib and related conditions
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges
- Build compliant partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Establish and manage relationships with key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Maintain high proficiency in clinical and market knowledge
Qualifications
- 8-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech roles; 4+ years specifically in rare or genetic diseases
- Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases preferred
- BS/BA degree required; MBA is a plus
- Proven product launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills for account management and strategy development
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated adaptability with AI technologies
