Resident District Manager
Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio. Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on the ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.

Requirements
- Success in managing complex, multi-site operations with strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering results against P&L goals.
- Skillset to lead through influence, guiding frontline and senior leaders while creating a performance-driven, people-first culture.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to identify growth opportunities, drive innovation, and align services with evolving client needs.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to serve as a trusted partner to clients and collaborate effectively across business units.
- Commitment to developing talent, building succession pipelines, and fostering team engagement through mentorship and clear performance expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of management experience.
- 5 years of related experience.
Pay
$139,145 – $180,070 per year. Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
