About the role
The Site Team Lead will implement positive youth development practices, assist in curriculum implementation, provide leadership and guidance to staff, oversee supply management, and provide direct service when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Ensure program quality by implementing curriculum and providing leadership and guidance to staff
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies
- Provide direct service when necessary to execute the program
- Maintain accreditation standards through ongoing training and development in research-based practices
Requirements
- Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership
- Strong communication skills and passion for youth development
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families
