About the role
You will work to ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices with all daily activities and interactions with children. The Site Team Lead is responsible for ensuring program quality, assisting in implementing curriculum, providing leadership and guidance to staff, overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and all supplies needed to operate the program, and providing direct service when necessary to execute the program.
Responsibilities

- Provide direct service, when necessary, to execute the program
Requirements
- Age 19+
- Experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership
- Strong communication skills and passion for youth development
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families
