Full-Time Site Team Lead

About the Role

As a Site Team Lead, you will ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices in all daily activities and interactions with children. You will be responsible for program quality, including assisting in curriculum implementation, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies needed to operate the program. You will also provide direct service when necessary to execute the program.

Responsibilities

• Implement positive youth development practices in daily activities and interactions.
• Assist in implementing curriculum and ensure program quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
• Oversee the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies.
• Provide direct service to execute the program when necessary.
• Support the YMCA’s commitment to child abuse prevention by:
  • Reporting any health or safety hazards to your supervisor.
  • Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe.
  • Reporting any suspicious behavior or policy violations to your supervisor.
  • Completing all required child abuse prevention training.

Qualifications

• Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership.
• Strong communication skills and passion for youth development.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families.

Pay

$19.25–$19.75 per hour.
