Site Solutions Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects including due diligence and supporting work for data centers, industrial sites, and power facilities.
- Have experience in zoning hearings and be able to present projects and represent HDR in a professional manner.
- Lead site visits in field reconnaissance of projects with other HDR staff and clients.
- Carefully coordinate with multiple internal teams on each project.
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in civil engineering concepts such as topographic design, land development standards, and state and municipal review processes.
- Have an interest in working on a variety of projects and be able to coordinate between multiple groups and have excellent communication skills.
- Be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and lead team members in creating preliminary concept drawings with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 10 years’ technical and/or field experience in complex site civil and/or environmental planning projects.
- Experience with local planning organizations and the ability to present projects in quasi-judicial proceedings.
- Ability and interest to work on various types of projects and perform multiple roles depending upon the project need.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with data center development, site due diligence, land development, and creating erosion control plans.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and leading team members in creating preliminary concept drawings with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years environmental experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving, and research abilities.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in civil engineering concepts, and have experience with local planning organizations and presenting projects in quasi-judicial proceedings.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
The position is full-time and requires up to 20% travel based on client schedules.
