- Unified Communications Specialist - Level 3
- Network Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide network support, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, implementation, and technical assistance for enterprise network environments.
- Support routers, switches, TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and related network technologies as applicable to the position.
- Conduct site surveys and support equipment installation, relocation, removal, cabling, asset management, inventory, and network assistance for Site Survey positions.
- Analyze site requests and support network equipment, circuit, and cabling requirements.
- Support Cisco VoIP, Cisco Call Manager, Webex, and Unified Communications environments for applicable positions.
- Perform UC provisioning, configuration management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and change management.
- Provide advanced UC systems engineering, implementation, maintenance, and technical leadership for applicable senior-level positions.
- Support network operations, maintenance planning, performance monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Provide applicable shift, weekend, holiday, and rotating on-call support.
Qualifications
- Relevant network support, site survey, Unified Communications, or enterprise network operations experience as applicable.
- Demonstrated experience with the mandatory technical requirements for the specific position.
- Candidates must be able to provide exact month/year employment dates to document required experience.
- Candidates should clearly identify which of the 8 positions they are the best fit for based on their actual experience.
- Candidates must be available for applicable evening, weekend, overnight and/or on-call requirements.
