Site Coordinators

About the role

We're looking for experienced campus leaders to join our educator preparation program as Site Coordinators — supervising and coaching EC–12 teacher residents in the field. Positions are available at four locations: Stephenville | Waco | Fort Worth | RELLIS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach EC–12 teacher residents in the field.
• Engage with local school districts to support the development of teacher candidates.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences for teacher residents.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education
• Principal Certification

Qualifications

This part-time role is an excellent fit for retired principals looking to stay engaged in education on a flexible schedule.
