Site Lead / Site Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach, FL account and services.
• Coordinate contract services for K+S vendor contracted work (vendor qualifications, EHS).
• Perform on-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator).
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.
• Identify, create, and submit Smart Choice cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance for vendor services.
• Handle SAP notification and order management for K+S appointed work.
• Oversee repairable asset management through K+S STAMP processes.
• Support additional customer initiatives and requirements as needed.
• Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in a management role preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers and identify opportunities for new services.
• Proficient in STAMP database and customer databases, e.g., SAP.
• Willing to complete training to obtain Contract Coordinator status per customer requirements.
• Well-organized and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
