Ensure measurements, able to get reports and understand measurements interpretations using QDAEnsure Dimensional Measurements according to control plan frequencyTogether with the QE’s, deliver dimensional recommendations to improve tank dimensions in blow molding and welding processesSupervise technical lab employees dedicated to Quality TestingCalculate Gainshare Month over Month according to the rules defined and aligned to UAW standardsVacations, call offs and overtime Management of Quality TechsCompliance with the testing plan aligned with the control planParticipate in New Launches quality planning together with QEsTogether with QEs, manage reinforced control plan testingMaintain test and measurement equipment and work areas in optimal conditionsExecute the calibration plan at 100%.
