Site Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

The SACC Site Supervisor oversees and manages after-school programs at elementary sites or clubhouses, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering enriching activities focused on academic success, character, citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff through training, meetings, and evaluations
• Develop and implement curriculum and activities
• Maintain accurate attendance and program records
• Communicate with parents, partners, and stakeholders
• Organize family engagement events and promote the program
• Adhere to health, safety, and grant compliance standards
• Manage resources, scheduling, and maintain program spaces

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience in childcare or youth programs
• Education in youth development or related fields preferred
• Certifications such as NYS Children’s Program Administrator credentials, CPR, and First Aid
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and travel locally
