Site Supervisor

About the Role

Oversee security personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach security officers, conduct training, and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and prepare reports.
• Ensure security protocols meet client needs.
• Inspect posts, meet with clients, and address security issues promptly.
• Perform supervisory tasks such as interviewing, training, performance evaluation, and hiring recommendations.
• May perform security officer duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years of related security experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and safety devices.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet licensing requirements.

• Perform physical activities including lifting and standing for extended periods.
