Site Supervisor

About the Role

The Security Supervisor oversees security personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, completing rounds, and submitting reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and lead officers, coaching, disciplining, and training staff.
• Ensure adequate coverage, inspect posts, and meet with client representatives to maintain security standards.
• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, reports, and personnel documentation.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and addressing issues.
• May perform security officer duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. with ≥2 years related experience; retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and safety devices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to various sites, handle stressful situations, and communicate effectively.

Physical & Mental Demands

Must maintain composure, handle physical activities, operate equipment, and communicate clearly. May be exposed to stressful conditions and environmental hazards.
