Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of security function including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
• Recommendations for personnel actions and productivity/cost reduction
• Physical security surveys and post orders
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass state-required training/licensing tests if applicable
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• At least 21 years old, or higher if required by the state
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Meets basic qualifications for Supervisor
• Experience with physical security surveys and post orders
• Ability to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
• Ability to mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy

Pay

$22.54 / hour

Schedule

2nd Shift: Friday 4pm - 12pm / Sun-Tue 3pm-11pm
