Our team of professionals operates in some of the most challenging environments to provide support services to a variety of governmental agencies globally.

Principle Areas Of Responsibility

• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
• Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations.
• Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Understands all facets of the construction process.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• QCS trained.
• OSHA 30 Hour trained.
• Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.).

Desired Skills

• Proven work experience in US Government construction management.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Salary

Hourly range of $55.00–$75.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
