Site Superintendent

About the role

The Site Superintendent will lead sitework projects across Vermont, including large yard pipe, deep excavations, and foundation preparation. This role offers new and exciting opportunities every day within a collaborative and problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field activities and personnel on site; you are the safety leader of the construction site.
• Plan and sequence all work; identify and manage the resources required to maintain a successful schedule and site logistics.
• Cook up construction activities, shutdowns, testing and inspections.
• Cook relations with our clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate in establishing the project budget and executing cost control measures.
• Contribute to project start-up and close-out efforts.
• Manage quality assurance, including inspection and punch list items.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.

Requirements

• Five years’ experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a water/wastewater construction site.
• Safety focused.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock, project bonus, and a profit-sharing bonus.
