Responsibilities
- Support cloud infrastructure architecture and components, including hybrid cloud and Public Cloud platforms.
- Initiate and operationalize Public Cloud solutions.
- Configure, optimize, and ensure performance of deployed public cloud solutions.
- Contribute to SRE operational readiness practices and Golden Signals monitoring.
- Support logging and exception handling hygiene.
- Contribute to toil reduction by implementing and maintaining operational mechanisms.
Qualifications (SRE-I)
- Thorough command of both Windows and Linux operating systems, with strong troubleshooting background.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes or related enterprise container platforms.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud Governance frameworks, architectures, and services, particularly within Microsoft Azure.
- Automation skills in Linux and Windows, including bash, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Terraform plans and Azure CLI.
- Experience with modern source control repositories and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-native and microservice architectures.
- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and networking protocols.
- Experience with open-source applications, frameworks, and libraries.
- Experience with reliability engineering concepts such as SLOs/SLIs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Golden Signals.
