Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations for semiconductor construction and engineering projects.
- Cook up coordination with project managers, field coordinators, subcontractors, supervisors, and client representatives.
- Monitor work progress, manpower needs, field issues, project schedules, and daily milestones.
- Support planning and execution of construction activities to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, installation requirements, and project documentation as needed.
- Conduct site walkdowns and verify work progress, material readiness, installation quality, and field conditions.
- Identify field issues early and coordinate corrective action with project teams.
- Communicate project updates clearly between field crews, office teams, vendors, subcontractors, and management.
- Support safety and quality expectations on active construction sites.
- Ensure field teams follow site procedures, PPE requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review daily reports, progress updates, meeting notes, logs, and project records.
- Aid with turnover documentation, punch list follow-up, closeout activities, and client handoff requirements.
- Perform additional site supervision and project support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction field supervision, field coordination, project supervision, site management, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, mechanical, electrical, industrial construction, or high-tech facility projects strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supervising crews, subcontractors, or field teams on active construction sites.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, schedules, work plans, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations, field execution, safety expectations, and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working full-time on active construction sites and supporting fast-paced field operations.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, crews, and project updates at once.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
- Semiconductor project experience, especially TSMC site experience.
- Experience supporting tool installation, MEP systems, piping, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or high-tech facility construction.
- Prior experience working with subcontractors, client representatives, and international project teams.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally on-site.
