Project Site Supervisor

Anytime Flooring, a leading flooring and installation provider in the Southeast Region with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential projects, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Site Supervisor. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance
• Ensure safety and quality are top priorities
• Uphold client contract compliance
• Manage vendors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain timely communication with clients, responding to calls and requests promptly
• Provide courteous and prompt service to internal and external clients while ensuring confidentiality
• Document employee performance for direct reports and implement action plans
• Adhere to operating procedures to ensure staff efficiency and effectiveness
• Meet training objectives for all staff within stated timeframes
• Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agendas and meeting minutes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of construction, flooring, and/or project management experience
• Knowledge of commercial systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and tech-savvy
• Ability to perform construction-related tasks in the field if needed
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Strong focus on customer relations
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Willingness to travel

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
• Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
