Compass Pathways plc (Nasdaq: CMPS) is a biotechnology company dedicated to unlocking urgently needed new treatment options in mental health care. Headquartered in London, UK, with a U.S. office in New Jersey, we focus on developing COMP360 psilocybin, a proprietary, investigational, synthetic psilocybin treatment for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the FDA and Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for TRD. We lead the world’s largest classic psychedelic clinical program in TRD and are advancing late-stage trials for PTSD.

About the role

The Site of Care Account Lead (SOC-AL) develops, manages, and supports strategic relationships with priority Organized Care Groups (OCG)—including Interventional Psychiatry Clinics, Health Systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN)—to serve as early adopters of COMP360 psilocybin therapy. This role focuses on account-level strategy, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sites have the infrastructure, training, and support needed to deliver high-quality psilocybin treatment. The SOC-AL partners with Sales, Marketing, Patient Engagement, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical Operations to build a scalable, sustainable ecosystem for COMP360 therapy.
