Site Materials Associate

About the role

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate for our West Memphis, AR location. This position will predominantly work warehouse duties but will make deliveries as needed and report to the Site Material Manager.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Maintain acceptable efficiency rates for both quantity of products pulled and accuracy.
• Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and keeping product organized on shelf.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
• Deal with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.
• Maintain safety management requirements.
• Assist in maintaining Inventory Control.

Requirements

• Valid Class “D” driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times.
• 12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
