Materials Associate
About the role
This position plays a key role in the movement and management of materials within the organization. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and delivering materials, handling full carts, performing data entry, conducting routine vehicle checks, and assisting with mail distribution.
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and deliver materials upon request
- Handle full carts and manually lift and stack materials
- Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and shipments
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on fleet vehicles
- Sort, deliver, and pick up mail regularly
- Ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation of materials
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Box truck or large truck driving experience required
- Valid forklift license required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions
- Willingness to travel as needed
