Materials Associate

Essential Job Functions

• Supports with accepting, verifying, and entering receipts for all shipments.
• Aids in package counts to ensure accuracy and accept shipments, follows refusal protocols if necessary.
• Inventories, reorders, pulls, restocks, rotates inventory, checks expiration dates for areas of responsibility.
• Ensures verification of receipt of inbound supplies, processes outbound shipments, and restocks within specified time frames.
• Supports with obtaining signatures for deliveries and documents reasons for non-delivery.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, performs cycle counting, and supports electronic supply replenishment.
• Ensures safety of work area, secures equipment, and maintains a clutter-free environment.
• Aids in sorting and distributing clean and soiled linens to replenish par levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Service-related experience or prior job experience.
